Reza Yazdani Celebrates 20 Years of Music

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., April 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Reza Yazdani, also known as the King of Persia, celebrated 20 years of music and entertainment, with a special concert at the Milad Tower in Tehran, Iran. This singer is so popular that his first concert sold out in record time, so an additional performance was added.  It too sold out.

These concerts "20 years with Reza Yazdani" highlighted his 10 rock albums produced.  Reza performed selections from each of the albums made. He is an authentic Persian pop-rock musician; melody courses run through his veins.  Reza is loved not only for his singing but also for his other talents like composing, acting in television and film, songwriting, musician (electric guitar), Musicema Album Rock of the Year Award winner, as well as, three-time Hafez Award winner for movies, to name a few. 

Reza Yazdani, born in Tehran, Iran in 1973, is known as "King Reza" by his millions of adoring fans around the world.   It has been reported that while everyone else is trying to simplify music in order to make it more accessible, Reza aims to do the opposite by twisting and turning the simple to difficult.

In 2012, Regina Swarn, while listening to Radio Javan, heard the voice of a true artist; The sound of a man, not just any man, came across the airwaves.   She made it her mission to meet this talented star. She met with top officials who expressed interest in inviting Reza Yazdani to the USA for a series of concerts. "The world deserves to hear him," she says. "His millions of devoted fans are as wonderful as he is." He admits, "It's the fans that keep me going."

Reza says, "I often sing of social issues but avoid politics." He finds this highly possible but seldom exercised.  When asked about his plans for the future, he said "I want to perform in America."    Although he has performed all over the world, America is still on his bucket list.  In a few months, he will hit the road again for an upcoming concert tour to promote his soon to be released new album.  Its content is a mystery, but according to his producer, Ali Oji, this album will be different and unique.  His fans and followers can hardly wait.

At the end of his concert, "20 years with Reza Yazdani", he sang a song honoring his homeland entitled "the Persian Gulf".  Fans were so moved that they stood to their feet, many with tears in their eyes, and sang along with him, one of the top two Persian pop-rock musicians in the world.  

King Reza is much more than a handsome face; he is an old soul that knows the secrets of a heart.  His fame has kept him humble.   You may have heard pop-rock before, but until you've experienced Persian pop-rock, you've listened to with your ears only, not with your heart.
