Reynolds American Foundation answers call to support American Red Cross efforts in Louisiana
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Aug. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Reynolds American Foundation has donated $200,000 to the American Red Cross for assisting flood victims in Louisiana.
"The foundation has a long history of answering the call in times of great need," said John S. (Tripp) Wilson, president of the Reynolds American Foundation. "We have confidence in the American Red Cross' ability to help those devastated by the flooding in Louisiana, and we are proud to provide financial support to their tireless efforts. Red Cross workers from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are supporting the relief effort, along with hundreds of local residents.
