In addition, He has continued experience with cases involving Banking & Finance Law, Lending and Secured Transactions, Loan Workouts, Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, Foreclosures, Reorganizations and Restructuring, Workouts, Business and Commercial Law, Contracts, and Business Organizations.
