Revel issued a press release on July 15, 2013 commenting on its performance for the first week of July, 2013.  Revel would like to remind its investors and other stakeholders that, as was already noted in such press release, statements relating to the results of the first week of July, 2013 were based on unaudited, non-GAAP financial data and estimates that are subject to month-end and quarter-end financial adjustments.  Revel would like to emphasize that (i) such unaudited financial estimate for the first week of July, 2013, which was not prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, may not be indicative of the actual financial results for the month of July, 2013 or for any other financial period, and (ii) the financial results for the month of July, 2013 or any other financial period may be materially different from such unaudited financial estimate for the first week of July, 2013.
