REV Group, Inc. Acquires Renegade RV

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- REV Group (REV), a $2.2 billion specialty vehicle manufacturer, today announced the acquisition of Renegade RV, a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles, heavy-duty trailers, and specialty vehicles. Renegade RV will become part of REV Recreation Group, a subsidiary of REV Group, Inc. that manufactures Class A and Class C motorhomes under the American Coach, Monaco, Holiday Rambler, and Fleetwood RV brand names.

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Bristol, Indiana, Renegade RV now employs approximately 175 people and occupies a 200,000-square-foot production facility. Renegade RV has built an extensive independent dealer network that will continue to promote and sell Renegade RV products nationwide.

Over the last twenty years, Renegade RV has become a leader in the RV industry with respect to performance, quality, and innovation.
