MANCHESTER, N.H., Sept. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Retrieve Technologies, the leading knowledge transfer mobile platform, has raised additional capital, opens new headquarters and is hiring strategic software employees in New Hampshire.
"We've built the technology platform, have proven it in key markets and are now ready to go big," said Dave Arnold, CEO. "The additional funding allows us to hire thirty to fifty people in the next year or so, expand our products and help more companies, municipalities and associations communicate and transfer knowledge effectively. We believe video and mobile are the new tools for the modern company."
Mr. Arnold founded Softdesk, which became the largest PC based Architecture Engineering and Construction software company, employed over two hundred and was later acquired by Autodesk. Mr. Arnold is joined by Jude McColgan, President, a former executive with Oracle and TomTom from the Lake Sunapee area, and John Rogers, CFO, formerly of Softdesk and HiSoftware, and a resident of the Seacoast.
"Retrieve Technologies represents the kind of innovative business that will help New Hampshire lead in the 21st century economy, creating good jobs that expand opportunity and providing an important service in our emerging tech sector that will make a positive difference in people's lives," Governor Hassan said. "Retrieve's growth embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that the Granite State is known for and reinforces that our tax-friendly environment, small and responsive state government, highly skilled workforce and high quality of life make the Granite State attractive for growing businesses. I look forward to continuing to support Retrieve and other companies in our thriving tech industry through our 'Innovate NH' jobs plan, which is focused on critical economic priorities like affordable higher education, modern and safe infrastructure, and making it easier for innovative businesses to start up and grow in New Hampshire."
The Retrieve SaaS platform provides companies with new tools to communicate more effectively in a video and mobile economy. Retrieve's platform has several use cases for enterprise customers; eLearning, Corporate YouTube, employee onboarding, sales enablement, customer support, video marketing and compliance.
