Giving in Numbers Survey Measures Giving for 261 of the World's Largest Companies
NEW YORK, May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The inaugural Giving in Numbers Brief, which tracks trends and strategies that align business and community needs, will be released on May 20, 2014 in front of an audience of the senior-most leaders at foundations and corporate affairs offices of multibillion dollar global companies. Insights are drawn from data submitted by 261 of the world's largest companies to the Giving in Numbers Survey, conducted annually by CECP in association with The Conference Board. The Brief, represented through an infographic, will include insights on the funds, resources, and skills that companies invest globally to solve pressing societal challenges. The Giving in Numbers Survey has created a repository of more than $250 billion in corporate societal engagement data, collected since 2001.
