Restore Health Secures Compounding Pharmacy Book of Business from Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc.

MADISON, Wis., Sept. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Restore Health today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the compounding pharmacy assets of Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (NYSE: DPLO), the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacy. The agreement further establishes Restore Health's commitment to the compounding pharmacy and personalized medicine space while allowing Diplomat to focus resources on its core specialty pharmacy operations.
