ResProp Management Welcomes Two Additional South Florida Properties to their Portfolio
LAUDERHILL, Fla., May 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- ResProp Management ended Memorial Day weekend by being awarded management of Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms, formerly known as Hamlet Plantation and Continental Gardens, by Prism Multifamily Group. These two properties were rebranded in accordance with Spectra at Tamarac, Prism's first Broward County acquisition.
"ResProp is proud to be working with Prism Multifamily on their second and third apartment communities in Broward County," stated Luke Leins, Director of Business Development at ResProp Management. "Prism Multifamily is a resident-focused ownership group, and we look forward to welcoming the residents of Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms to the ResProp family. Prism's renovation plans include both interior and exterior capital renovations, and will make Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms feel like new apartments while maintaining an intimate community feel."
The two properties combined add 398 one and two-bedroom units to the portfolio, with an average square footage ranging from 750-1,010 sqft. A variety of amenities are featured at each location, including screened-in balconies, multiple swimming pools, and on-site laundry facilities. The capital renovation plans will add to and enhance the existing amenities available to the residents.
In addition to their close proximity to each other, Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms are convenient to major sources of transportation, including I-95, the Florida Turnpike and I-595. This allows for an easy commute to major businesses, universities and entertainment in South Florida including Microsoft, American Express, Florida Atlantic University and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Locally, residents have access to an array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including J Alexander's, Las Olas Boulevard and Sawgrass Mills. Broward County is home to the Iverrary Country Club, the Plantation Preserve Linear Trail and Central Broward Park and Stadium, and offers a plethora of urban attractions ranging from arts and museums to sports, numerous parks, trails and fishing locations.
With the recent addition of Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms into the portfolio, ResProp Management now manages more than 5,000 units across Florida. This latest addition was made possible through the partnership with Prism Multifamily Group.
