Responsive Classroom® Opens Registration for Summer Workshops
Over 35 U.S. Locations and Three International Locations
TURNERS FALLS, Mass., April 15, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Center for Responsive Schools (CRS), developer of the Responsive Classroom approach to teaching, has announced that registration is now open for Summer 2016 Workshops. The four-day courses for elementary educators will be offered in 26 U.S. locations, as well as London, Rome, and Johannesburg. In addition, CRS is excited to offer a brand new four-day course for middle school educators coming to 11 locations in the U.S.
The Responsive Classroom Course for Middle School Educators is suitable for middle school educators of all content areas. Over the course of four days, educators will learn to use core Responsive Classroom practices and strategies such as Responsive Advisory Meeting, Interactive Modeling, Teacher Language, Interactive Learning Structures, and more.

The Responsive Classroom Course for Elementary Educators is suitable for all educators grades K–6. In four interactive days, educators will learn to use core Responsive Classroom practices to engage students academically, build positive community, manage the classroom effectively, and create a developmentally appropriate learning environment. Educators who have already taken the Responsive Classroom Course for Elementary Educators can register for the Responsive Classroom Advanced Course for Elementary Educators. In this course, educators will deepen the Responsive Classroom skills they have already learned. The course will be offered as two 2-day modules: Engaging Academics and Effective Management.
The cost of each four-day course is $729. Graduate and professional development credits are available, and a continental breakfast and lunch are provided every day.
