Tony Cherbak

With more than 34 years of professional services, operations and financial management experience, Cherbak has responsibility for RGP's global operations with a significant focus on managing and promoting the Company's growth and profitability. As a member of the Company's senior management team, Cherbak helps lead the successful execution of RGP's business model - providing exceptional professional service to clients and reinforcing a corporate culture that offers its professionals a challenging, flexible and rewarding career.
Cherbak joined RGP in July 2005 from Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he spent the majority of his career as an audit partner in the Orange County, California office. At Deloitte, he led the firm's consumer business practice for its Pacific Southwest region and served as the partner-in-charge of the Orange County audit practice.
Cherbak graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1978 with a B.S. in Accounting.
Nate Franke
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
With a background perfectly suited for dealing with today's increasingly complex regulatory environment, Franke joined RGP in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. As such, he is responsible for all financial aspects of RGP's operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. Franke oversees the financial side of RGP's business that generated approximately $572 million in revenue in fiscal 2012, employs more than 3,000 professionals globally and has grown to 77 practice offices worldwide during the past 17 years.
Franke joined RGP after 22 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served as an audit partner primarily working with publicly traded companies in the consumer and technology industries.
He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned a MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is also a part-time lecturer in financial reporting and analysis at the University of California, Irvine, Merage School of Business.
