IRVINE, Calif., March 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Resources Global Professionals ("RGP"), a leading multinational provider of professional services and the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), announced today that the Company has launched a Business Performance Management (BPM) service, as part of the Information Management practice, to assist clients with creating an efficient and secure reporting and analysis environment, allowing for improved decision-making abilities.
RGP has created a comprehensive BPM service offering ranging from full, life-cycle implementation solutions to a quick diagnostic that helps assess the efficiency of current applications. In today's world of ever-growing data and reporting complexities, RGP has a proven track record of helping clients break down complex issues to create sustainable reporting and analytics processes, leveraging the appropriate technology.
"The prevalence of Big Data can be confusing and overwhelming for companies. With our focused effort in the BPM area, we help optimize the basic, fundamental data companies need," said Tracey Figurelli, Global Managing Director of RGP's Information Management practice (biographical details below). "We have always been able to deliver highly qualified, experienced and effective consultants, but now we can deliver a full solution. We couple our business knowledge of FP&A, consolidations and financial reporting with our technology expertise to tailor the most appropriate solution for our clients rather than applying a cookie-cutter approach. While we work with our clients to tackle the broader business intelligence strategies, our BPM service establishes the foundation for leveraging core business data."
RGP continues to be vendor agnostic, focusing on the business side of technology solutions.
"RGP offers a true, one-stop solution to the potentially challenging and complex task of harnessing the important data a company needs to make better decisions," said Tony Cherbak, President and Chief Operating Officer of RGP.
