ReShape Medical Appoints Robert E. Grant to Board of Directors

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ReShape Medical, a company focused on a non-surgical weight loss device, announced today that Robert E. Grant will join its board of directors.

Grant currently serves as chairman of Strathspey Crown LLC, a growth equity firm in Newport Beach focusing on lifestyle healthcare and cash-pay medical products. He is former president of the medical aesthetics division at Allergan Inc. in Irvine and most recently served as chief executive officer and president of Bausch+Lomb Surgical in Aliso Viejo. He brings extensive experience leading global medical device and pharmaceutical organizations.
