Research Now Names Tom Johnson as New EVP of North American Sales
Johnson Brings 20+ years of Sales Leadership in B2B Information and Market Research Experience
DALLAS, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Research Now, the global leader in digital data collection to power analytics and insights, today announced Tom Johnson as the Executive Vice President of North American Sales effective as of Monday, October 24, 2016.
Johnson is a B2B sales leader with more than 20 years of professional experience in B2B information and market research. Prior to joining Research Now, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Interactive Data Corporation (IDC), through their acquisition by InterContinent-al Exchange (ICE). Under his leadership, sales increased 20%. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Client Services for Survey Sampling International (SSI) where he was responsible for double-digit revenue growth and sales force expansion. Prior to SSI, Johnson served as Group Vice President, Strategic Account Channel and Global Sales Operations for Gartner, Inc., where he was tapped to lead sales operations during a period of 20% annual growth and later developed and implemented the strategic account channel for Gartner's most valuable clients.
