Rescued California Woman's Husband Grateful For Concern
PASADENA, Calif., March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Li Schroeder, husband of the California woman who was rescued Monday after her truck slid off the Angeles Forest Highway, reports that his wife is still in critical care, but "on the road to recovery." Hospital officials state that the patient remains in critical, but stable condition. Mr. Schroeder is a professor at California State University, Northridge and his wife teaches for the Palmdale School District. The couple resides in Juniper Hills, CA.
The couple expressed gratitude for the outpouring of concern, but has asked that their privacy be respected. They are not providing media interviews.
