MINNEAPOLIS, May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The ResCap Liquidating Trust (the "Trust") today announced that it will be commencing a process for selecting a new Liquidating Trust Manger to replace John Dubel, who has been appointed to the position of Chief Restructuring Officer of SunEdison, Inc. Mr. Dubel will continue as Liquidating Trust Manager until a qualified successor is appointed. He will remain a member of the Board of Trustees of the Trust, a position that he has occupied since the Trust's inception.
