MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The ResCap Liquidating Trust (the "Trust") announced today that it has recently completed filing 2013 income tax returns for the period from December 17, 2013, through December 31, 2013, in those states in which the Trust determined that it had a filing obligation.

Information about the Trust's 2013 state income tax filings and state-specific 2013 income tax information for unitholders has been posted to the Trust website at www.Rescapliquidatingtrust.com.
