RES Americas Announces Resignation of President and CEO
Craig Mataczynski ends five year term of successful leadership in establishing company as industry leader.
BROOMFIELD, Colo., April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas) announced the resignation of President and CEO, Craig Mataczynski. Mr. Mataczynski, citing a desire to pursue other opportunities in his professional career and a new chapter in his family life, leaves RES Americas after five years of aggressive company growth and successfully guiding the business into a national leader in the development and construction of renewable energy projects.

Under the five year leadership of Mr. Mataczynski, RES Americas has developed and or constructed more than 3,200 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy and a current development pipeline of 12,500 MW.
