Reprieve Issued for Capital Case Inmate Robert Diamond

HARRISBURG, Pa., March 6, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Gov. Tom Wolf, yesterday, issued a temporary reprieve of the execution of Robert Diamond, whose execution had been set for March 11, 2015.

The temporary reprieve will remain in effect until the governor has received and reviewed the forthcoming report of the Pennsylvania Task Force and Advisory Committee on Capital Punishment, and any recommendations contained therein are satisfactorily addressed.
