Replenish Multi-Surface Cleaner Debuts in Whole Foods Market
CEO and Founder Jason Foster to speak on the Panel 'Realizing Good Intentions Through Product Design' at the International Home + Housewares Show
CHICAGO, March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- INTERNATIONAL HOME + HOUSEWARES SHOW -- Replenish, makers of an ultra-concentrated Multi-Surface Cleaner in a Reusable Bottle System, announced today at the International Home + Housewares Show that its groundbreaking product will begin rolling out to select Whole Foods Market locations and will be sold throughout the Midwest stores beginning on April 1, 2011.
Replenish's new, all-in-one bottle allows consumers to measure, mix with water, store and spray powerful cleaners using replaceable Concentrate Pods, instead of buying pre-mixed cleaners in disposable bottles that are almost 95 percent water. By encouraging reuse and mixing the solution locally, cleaning with Replenish reduces energy, plastic waste and carbon dioxide emissions by 90 percent and saves consumers 50 percent over traditional pre-mixed cleaners. Replenish is available in three scents: Fresh Lavender, Sun Lemon, and Green Tea.
Replenish will be available in 33 of Whole Foods Market's Midwestern locations, as well as online at: myreplenish.com.
"Not only have we created a better cleaner that is non-toxic to aquatic life, readily bio-degradable and PH neutral, but we designed a smarter bottle that is built for reuse," said Jason Foster, CEO and Founder of Replenish. "And we are thrilled to be reaching American families through the nations leading natural and organic retailer, Whole Foods Market."
CEO and Founder, Jason Foster will be speaking about the company at the International Home + Housewares Show panel discussion "Realizing Good Intentions Through Product Design" today, March 7th, from 3:30PM to 4:20PM at the Lakeside Center, Exhibit Floor, Booth L11257.
Replenish will also be featured in the special display "Design Directions: Going Green," at the Lakeside Center Lobby, on the third level throughout the duration of the event. Replenish was chosen as one of approximately 60 examples of products and packaging from International Home + Housewares Show exhibitors to be featured for its sustainability efforts. By rethinking the bottle and redesigning it for reuse, Replenish drastically reduces the carbon footprint of household consumption by reducing shipping emissions and plastic waste associated with disposable household goods.
