Rep. Fattah Commends Senators Landrieu and Casey as Senate Endorses Small Business Lending Program

WASHINGTON, July 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA), Chairman of the Congressional Urban Caucus, issues the following statement concerning Senate action on a $30 billion amendment to authorize loans for small business:
