Rentrak Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of February 8, 2015

Rentrak's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, "Warner Bros.' sci-fi epic 'Jupiter Ascending,' the latest from the Wachowski's, is the #1 film internationally this weekend earning a solid $32.5 million in 65 countries plus $19.0 million in its North American debut for a total of $51.5 million. Paramount's 'SpongeBob SquarePants: Sponge Out of Water' also had a strong weekend in 25 international territories soaking up $16.2 million plus another $56.0 million in its North American debut for a #1 worldwide weekend of $72.2 million."
