WilliamPaid Announces the Addition of AMEX to its Lineup of Rent Payment Options
CHICAGO, Nov. 19, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Online rent payment service WilliamPaid today announced that it is now accepting American Express cards as another way that tenants can pay their rent. By accepting American Express, users of WilliamPaid's online rent payment service as well as users of its property management solution will now be able to use any combination of MasterCard, Visa, American Express or any bank account to pay their rent and rental-related costs.
"Our customers asked us to accept the American Express card to make paying their rent that much easier and more flexible," said Jeff Golding, President of WilliamPaid. "We listened and are thrilled to be able to offer our customers this additional option."
Golding also noted that, for those American Express users, using their card to pay rent is another great way to have a chance to earn valuable rewards everyday. "American Express has one of the best rewards programs around. Why not get rewarded when paying your rent?"
According to Golding, this addition will be made to its direct-to-tenant rent payment services through its website, www.williampaid.com, which allows any tenant to use WilliamPaid to pay rent. Further, landlords and property managers using WilliamPaid's ExpressPay feature, which enables them to accept rent payments directly on their websites, will also now be able to accept American Express.
