DENVER, Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will visit his namesake Denver restaurant Matsuhisa, Denver on February 13 and 14. Nobu will be available during the dinner service to meet guests, sign cookbooks and will be personally preparing some of his time-honored dishes.
Chef Nobu is well-known for his new-style Japanese cuisine, which was largely influenced by his classical training in Tokyo – as well as his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world. Some of his signature dishes include Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and White Fish Tiradito.
