Renhuang Cancels Third Quarter 2010 Conference Call
HARBIN, China, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Renhuang Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CBP) ("Renhuang" or the "Company"), a developer, manufacturer and distributor of botanical products, bio-pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicines ("TCM"), today announced that it has cancelled its earnings conference call previously scheduled for 9.00 a.m. EDT on September 16, 2010. The Company will reschedule the conference call for a later date and will announce this information in a press release. The Company has also filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as information necessary for the filing of a complete and accurate report on Form 10-Q could not be gathered within the prescribed time period.
