Renaissance Cleveland Hotel to Host Beer Dinner With Great Lakes Brewing Company

These two award-winning businesses are joining together to host a three-course dinner paired with the city's tastiest beers at Sans Souci on July 19 at 6:00 p.m.

Guests will enjoy cuisine from Executive Chef Brett Montgomery featuring a pre-dinner with passed hors d'oeuvres and Great Lakes Brewing's Elliot Ness Lager, Burning River Ale and Lake Erie Monster Pale Ale followed by a three-course meal.

The three-course paired dinner will feature a first course of walleye croquette with Great Lakes' watercress and remoulade paired with Dortmunder Gold Lager. The second course will feature porcini-crusted beef tenderloin with barley "risotto" paired with Silver & Gold, 25th Anniversary India Pale Lager, and finally, a dessert course of chocolate espresso pot de creme will be served with Edmund Fitzgerald Porter.

Cost for the evening is $65 plus tax and gratuity. Advanced reservations are highly encouraged.
