(NYSE: RMAX), parent company of RE/MAX, one of the world's leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, and of Motto Mortgage, the first and only national mortgage brokerage franchise brand in the U.S., announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share of Class A common stock.
The dividend is payable on May 31, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2023.
