RELM Wireless Reaches Agreement with Spectra Engineering Pty Ltd

WEST MELBOURNE, Fla., Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- RELM Wireless Corporation (NYSEAMEX: RWC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Spectra Engineering Pty Ltd (Spectra).  Under the agreement, RELM has the right to purchase Spectra's full line of digital P25 and analog base stations and repeaters and sell such products under RELM's brand name "BK Radio" in North America on an exclusive basis.  RELM does not have any minimum purchase requirements under the agreement, which has a three-year term.
