Relayware Appoints John Benecke as Chief Financial Officer

OXFORD, England, June 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Relayware, a SaaS-based provider of Partnering Automation software, today announced the appointment of John Benecke as the company's chief financial officer. In this role, Benecke will oversee the company's finance, accounting and operations functions, while also leading Relayware's strategic business planning, M&A activities, IP protection and organizational performance.

Benecke brings 17 years of financial experience, including nearly a decade of experience working for high-growth, VC-backed businesses in the high tech industry, including medical technology sectors. Prior to Relayware, Benecke was CFO for:

• Business Logic Systems, a marketing automation company serving international telcos
• Cellnovo, where he successfully raised $50 million of venture capital
• ApaTech, where he was honored by M&A Magazine for the company's growth and $330 million exit event.

Benecke has also held senior financial roles at several multi-national corporations, including Emerson Electric and Abbott Laboratories. His deep strategic financial planning experience enabled these companies to accelerate their market position.
