RegScan Launches New International Regulatory Compliance Service
WILLIAMSPORT, PA Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to a growing need in the marketplace, RegScan, Inc. has launched a new global regulatory compliance service – Cardinal Tailored Global Registers. Through its new partnership with UK based Cardinal Environment, RegScan can offer this service for nearly any country in the world. The Cardinal Tailored Global Registers service allows a U.S. headquarters location to monitor country specific environmental health and safety legislation via concise, easy-to-read English summaries, while simultaneously providing their international facilities with full-text legislation in native language.
"Working with Cardinal Environment allows us to fill another niche need in our global service offering," explains RegScan, Inc. President and CEO Ned Ertel. "As we all know, the EH&S market is a series of niches and no one solution fits all. Our ability to expand our international service with their tailored legislative content is complementary to our other products."
"We are excited by this new service, which will help both the corporate office and the facilities monitor and understand the compliance requirements worldwide. Further, it helps address the ISO and RC 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements to track regulatory compliance on a facility-by-facility basis through the individual tailoring of each country's legislation," says Geoff Smith, Vice President of Strategic Sales.
"Working with RegScan enables us to vastly expand our market scope in North America," adds Dr. Christine Hunter, Managing Director and Director of R&D for Cardinal Environment.
