Regis Corporation Responds To Moore, Oklahoma Tornado

MINNEAPOLIS, May 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Regis Corporation (NYSE: RGS), a leader in the haircare industry, is organizing efforts to help its team members and salon guests impacted by the tornado that struck Moore, Okla., on Monday, May 20. The company is working with its disaster aid partner to deliver haircare products to people in affected areas and donating funds to the American Red Cross to help with relief efforts.

Regis Corporation salons in Moore include four franchised Supercuts and a corporate SmartStyle. Three of the four Supercuts salons are closed due to damages. The area franchisee donated all sales from shampoo services on May 21^st to the regional food bank and Moore Animal Shelter. In addition, product donations were made to the local shelters.

The SmartStyle, located in Walmart at 501 SW 19^th Street, is offering free shampoos to residents who are displaced. Throughout the recovery process, Regis Corporation will support the people and neighborhoods affected by the tornado.
