Deal with Not-for-Profit Hospital Marks 19th Hospital / Physician ASC Joint Venture for Surgery Center Management & Development Company
WESTCHESTER, Ill., May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Regent Surgical Health, an industry-leading surgery center management and development company specializing in hospital / physician ASC joint ventures, and its physician partners at the Endosurgical Center of Central New Jersey, announced today a joint venture with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The deal furthers Regent's growth in the field of joint ventures with not-for-profit health systems.
