Regent Surgical Health Announces New ASC Joint Venture with the Physicians at Loveland Surgery Center

WESTCHESTER, Ill., Sept. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Regent Surgical Health has announced a new ASC joint venture partnership with the physician partners of Loveland Surgery Center in Loveland, Colo. The surgery center management and development company now manages and partners in 23 surgery centers in the United States and Europe.

The Loveland Surgery Center is an 8400 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility combining ambulatory and convalescent services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the ambulatory surgery center provides a pre-op area, three operating rooms, and fully equipped first and second stage recovery rooms.

"This partnership is exciting because not only does it support Regent's continued growth in ASC joint ventures, but this ASC in particular is very unique in that it has a center for extended overnight stays," says Regent CEO Tom Mallon. "There are very few ASCs with a license to keep patients overnight for extended periods of time, and we are happy to be partnered with one who does."

The convalescent center is located immediately next to the ASC and has four private rooms for patients requiring extended overnight stay. These rooms are managed and staffed by employees of the Loveland Surgery Center.

Loveland Surgery Center has 10 physicians specializing in ENT, orthopedics, spine, pain management and GYN.
