Regan & Associates, Inc. Announces It Has Been Retained By WEL To Assist In Its Capital Raise
NEW YORK, April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Regan & Associates, Inc. announced today that it has been retained as Information Agent by WEL (WEL is a veiled acronym for its client and not a ticker symbol) to assist in a new Capital Raise that commences today.
"WEL is seeking to raise up to $1.5M [USD] by offering Two-Year, Class C Loans which pay 25% interest (compounded annually) and will be repaid on the second anniversary of the loan commencement date," stated Artie Regan, President & Founder.
Regan continued, "These loans have both transferable and convertible options; the convertible option is tied to the eventual IPO of WEL."
Regan further stated, "The principals of WEL are proceeding in this rather unconventional manner as they wish to retain control of all the equity, a result that is typically lost in traditional Capital Raises involving Venture Capitalists."
He concluded. "This is the first time our firm has assisted an incorporated entity this early in its life-cycle. We are excited with the opportunity to serve WEL and its principals in this pre-IPO period and hope to retain them as a client post-IPO."
WEL is a veiled acronym for a company incorporated in Delaware in 2010. WEL is not yet publically held but does have plans in place for an eventual IPO.
