Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc. declares August dividend

TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc. ("Regal" or the "Company") (TSX: RLC) announced today a cash dividend of $0.0583 cents per share for the month ended August 31, 2013.  The dividend is payable on September 13, 2013 to shareholders of record as at August 30, 2013.
