"THE PELICAN BRIEF" FILM SUMMARY: Based on the best-selling novel by John Grisham, "The Pelican Brief" stars Julia Roberts and Denzel Washington in a thriller centering on the murder of two Supreme Court justices. Roberts stars as a law student who writes an insightful theory about the murders. Washington is the investigative reporter who teams with her to solve the case.
