Redknee appoints new Board Member

TORONTO, July 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of real-time monetization and subscriber management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Dahra Granovsky to the Board of Directors. Ms. Granovsky will bring additional expertise to Redknee's Board of Directors as it steers the company towards achieving its long term growth strategy.

Dahra Granovsky brings over 18 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Ms. Granovsky is currently Co-President of Chem-Ecol Ltd, a specialty blender of oils and lubricants for North American industrial customers and a leader in oil reclamation. Dahra is a director on the Board at Atlantic Packaging, as well as being a member of the Board of Advisors of The Thomson-Gordon Group and the Audit and Finance committee for the North York General Hospital Foundation.

Previously, Dahra served as the President of Atlantic Packaging, APG, Eco-Wood Products and All-Waste Removal. Additionally she has been an independent director of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. since May 2011. Ms. Granovsky has a wealth of experience focusing on strategic business development and business expansion, with experience serving on several other Boards.

Ms Granovsky will commence her appointment in July 2015. Dahra succeeds Terry Nickerson, who leaves Redknee's Board after 5 years of valued service.
