MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RedBrick Health, a leader in health and well-being solutions, today announced that it will be presenting with Parkview Health at the St. Louis Business Health Coalition (BHC) Member Meeting on August 10 in St. Louis, Missouri. The BHC's mission is to support employer efforts to inspire excellence in healthcare.
Kurt Cegielski, RedBrick founder and senior vice president of employer services, and Kristen Ruble, manager of the MyWell-Being Program at Parkview Health, will co-lead a presentation titled "Engaging Health Plan and Health Improvement Partners for Success." They will discuss Parkview Health's well-being strategy and outcomes, and how—with the help of RedBrick—Parkview Health has achieved better outcomes and a more positive employee perception of its well-being program.
Parkview Health serves over 11,000 employees, and is the largest regional employer in northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio. Parkview Health routinely achieves high engagement in its RedBrick Health well-being program, and this year saw an increase in both perceived health status and employer support from its employees—resulting in percentages at the highest levels of RedBrick book of business results.
"We are excited to be presenting with Parkview Health at the BCH August Member Meeting," said Kurt Cegielski. "Parkview is making great progress improving the health of its workforce, and we cannot wait to share the story and the research surrounding it."
This year's BHC meeting includes addresses from four major health plans in Missouri: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, as well as an exclusive group of vendors that includes RedBrick Health. The event is open to all BHC members. RedBrick and Parkview Health's sessions take place on Thursday, August 10, at 10:00 and 10:45 a.m.
