Redbox recently announced a national kiosk expansion that is well on its way to adding 1,500 net new rental kiosks in 2017 and more planned in 2018. By the end of this year, Redbox will have more than 41,500 kiosks nationwide, a total larger than the number of Starbucks and McDonald's locations in the U.S. combined.
