Red Ventures Breaks Ground on 180,000 Sq. Foot Headquarters Expansion

The new building will include a 6-lane bowling alley, an amphitheater and more for the company's rapidly growing team.

FORT MILL, S.C., April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Ventures, a marketing and technology company, broke ground today on the third building at its Fort Mill, S.C. headquarters, located a mile south of Charlotte, NC. The 180,000 sq. foot building will accommodate the 1,000 employees Red Ventures plans to hire over the next 5-7 years; beginning with 400 hires over the next 3 months. Building amenities announced today include: a 6-lane bowling alley, an amphitheater for live music, a beer garden, a cycling room, yoga studio, a comprehensive food court and more.

Red Ventures expects to move into the new building in May 2014. The addition of the new building will bring headquarter square footage to a total of 330,000 square feet. The new space will complement the company's existing onsite employee perks, which include: an indoor basketball court, walking/running track, fitness center, locker rooms, putting green, and a gourmet cafe with subsidized meals.
