SPOKANE, Wash., Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH) today announced that it will report 2012 fourth quarter and year end results after the market closes on February 28.

The company will hold a conference call at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 28, 2013, to discuss the results for interested investors, analysts and portfolio managers.
