Consisting of 20 ft, shipping container displays a future and existing example model of emergency shelter unit(s) and upcoming project in neighboring Historical Overtown district.
The unit is equipped with custom renderings, track lighting show casing project and a model of emergency shelter under a state of the art "Artichoke" lamp.
Container Model
Showcases 2 – 20ft containers built out with conventional building materials to be an efficiency model with a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room area, electrical and plumbing ready.
The models are built under the South Florida Building Codes.
Emergency Shelter Homes
Model showcases a 12-person emergency shelter unit complete with shower; 2 sinks, lighting and plumbing ready.
The units are designed to be transported anywhere in the world to house multiple persons at one time and once emergency is over they can be retro-fitted to be a single or multi-family dwelling.
