"The CPG marketplace is rapidly transforming and RB is shifting the way it does business to meet new consumer needs. I am inspired by RB's ongoing commitment to remain an aggressive innovative frontrunner against its competitors in the North American region," said Lacik. "I look forward to returning to this region to take on a new, exciting role."
RB's success stems from its unique people and innovative global culture. Lacik, fluent in English, Swedish and Slovak, fits seamlessly into RB's diverse leadership team.
