Analyst Update: Financial Results,Acquisition, New Order andScheduled Events

U.S. stocks fell on Wednesday as disappointing US economic data weighed on investor sentiment. The NASDAQ Composite slipped 0.63% to 5,023.64, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.41%, to close at 18,035.53, and the S&P 500 ended the session at 2,106.85, down 0.37%. European stocks stumbled on Wednesday caused by a sharp surge in the value of the euro against US dollar. Germany's DAX 30 witnessed the biggest point decline since October 2008, down 378.94 points, or 3.21%. Also, France's CAC 40, and London's FTSE 100 dropped 2.6% and 1.2%, respectively on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Asian markets mostly closed lower on Wednesday. Australia's S&P ASX and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index both slipped on Wednesday, while the Shanghai Composite Index saw modest gains. The Nikkei was closed on Wednesday due to the annual Showa Day holiday.
China Information Technology, Inc. (CNIT) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Shenzhen Biznest Internet Software Co. Ltd. (Biznest), a cloud computing hardware and software company in China. As previously announced, the total consideration of the transaction is approximately $15 million, consisting of approximately $7.5 million to be paid in cash and 1,543,455 ordinary shares to be issued by the Company.
Nam Tai Property Inc. (Nam Tai) on April 27, 2015 announced its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. The Company reported a 715% increase in Q1 2015 Rental income, which was reported at $0.8 million, compared to $0.1 million in the year ago period.
On April 27, 2015, Aehr Test Systems (Aehr) announced that it has received an order worth over $6 million for a FOX-15 Multi-Wafer Test and Burn-In System, multiple WaferPak™ contactors and a WaferPak Aligner, from a new customer.
ChannelAdvisor Corp (ChannelAdvisor) announced on April 13, 2015 that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015 after market close on Monday, May 4, 2015, which will be followed by a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET to review and discuss the results.
RigNet, Inc. (RigNet) announced on April 27, 2015 that it will release its first quarter 2015 earnings after the exchange closes on Monday, May 11, 2015. The Company has also scheduled a conference call for investors on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. EDT to discuss the results.
