Recaro Automotive Seating celebrates its return to SEMA 2017
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Building on growing demand in the U.S. aftermarket, Recaro Automotive Seating is proud to announce four product premieres at SEMA at booth 50113 in the Performance Pavilion: two limited edition seats, one is an homage to the original Recaro Rallye shell seat of 1967, two newly designed sport seats, and one is especially designed for Corvettes. Recaro Automotive is returning to SEMA after more than a decade.
"Recaro Automotive Seating has been in business in the U.S. for 40 years. We started as a pure aftermarket supplier in 1977 and became an OEM supplier for sports cars in the 1990s," says Martin C. Klein, vice president of Recaro Automotive Seating.
Currently, Recaro Automotive Seating supplies a number of OEMS with handcrafted sports performance luxury seats outstanding programs – examples include Cadillac ATS-V, Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro, Ford Mustang and Focus ST.
"But we also have outstanding aftermarket seats in our portfolio," says Klein. "Today our brand is expanding its participation in the U.S. market and we are working on growing the brand by introducing no less than four new products that will be presented at SEMA this year."
