Reason for Reform Campaign to Launch with New Data on Immigrant Contributions in Illinois and Immigration Reform Event Hosted by Local Leaders

BLOOMINGTON, Ill., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On August 3rd, 2016, a coalition of business and community leaders from across Illinois will come together to launch the Reason for Reform campaign. The media teleconference event, hosted by the Partnership for a New American Economy (NAE) and the Illinois Farm Bureau and local immigration attorneys, will highlight the need for immigration reform and present new Illinois-specific data on the contributions of immigrants.

The Reason for Reform campaign will kick off with the release of 51 new reports (one for every state + Washington DC) and more than 55 events in all 50 states urging Congress to take action on immigration reform.
