NEW YORK, Nov. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Residence, Inc., a world-renowned real estate brokerage firm, is expanding into The Bronx. This is New York Residence' fourth location in New York.

Thomas Guss, President of New York Residence has been watching The Bronx real estate market for the past year and realizes something good is happening here. He stated, "We think that The Bronx will emerge as one of the hot places in which to live and invest. This is happening now and we want to be part of it." Mr. Guss described the office build-out and referenced that all of the restored vintage furnishings were made in America, and some pieces date back 100 years. Further, New York Residence hired a local contractor and architect to build out the office, and we will continue to support the neighborhood by hiring here, and purchasing local goods.
