Real Estate Entrepreneurs Launch Patent Pending Database for Communities and Real Estate Owners/Managers/Agents/Police Departments
The RRD offers a database available to property managers, owners, landlords, police departments and agents, combining a lease violation database with their NEW Credit and Criminal Screening Service
DALLAS, Nov. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Rent Rite Directory® (RRD) -- a resident and commercial tenant reporting database (Patent Pending) launched in July 2010 that strives to protect communities, property managers and owners has launched their new system that provides comprehensive, detailed background on prospective tenants; a service that is unmatched in today's industry; including, incident reporting, credit history and detailed criminal background reports.
The RRD's Incident Reporting service assists decision-makers when determining an applicant's qualifications. The Incident Reporting database is free-to-use and tracks the records of a prospective tenant's previous dwelling not typically reported by traditional credit reporting agencies, including: skips, evictions, on-property criminal activity, and proxy renters - those who sign leases on behalf of tenants that would not otherwise be qualified to rent...ie: drug dealers, sex offenders.
The RRD is also proud to introduce the new Tenant Screening service, which compiles the information from the Incident Reporting database with traditional Credit and Criminal Reports offering the most comprehensive screening service available anywhere. By combining these tools the RRD has proven beneficial to a company's goals, business relationships and profit/loss management - making it the most effective screening program available.
Utilizing proprietary metrics to give a leasing recommendation, the Auto Approved Tenant Screening service is also available for individual owners, landlords, and real estate agents, allowing them the ability to run credit and criminal background checks which were previously unavailable to them.
In the spirit of putting community first, The RRD also introduces The RRD Neighborhood Alert System as an additional FREE feature. When time is of the essence, alerts issued from neighborhood police officers, including missing persons and suspicious vehicle information, will go out to Property Managers who are a part of the RRD system.
Since originally launching in Texas in July 2010, the RRD has garnered much attention and strong success, and in the next 30 months will be available nationwide. With a growing database, frequently enhanced tools and new integrations, we look forward to helping our RRD community improve their communities.
