Reader's Digest Association in UK Licensing Agreement
PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y., April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. ("RDA") today entered into a licensing agreement that will ensure a continued presence of the brand in the United Kingdom for Reader's Digest magazine as well as books, music, video, financial services and other products. The license was granted in connection with today's acquisition of the UK business led by former Reader's Digest UK management and backed by Better Capital Limited's BECAP Fund LP. The management team will be led by Managing Director Chris Spratling.
