The Heritage Conference brings together top speakers and leaders in corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, marketing communications, member communications, social media and more. Each year, the conference offers special programming for students to prepare for the workforce.
"We want students who are finishing their degrees to learn about current issues in our profession," says Stephen Clark, president, IABC Cleveland. "We think that one way we can contribute is by offering to send them to our regional conference to meet successful communications professionals and learn about best practices being applied in real-world situations."
The scholarship is open to Northeast Ohio students. Entry deadline is Friday, May 18. If you think you could benefit, check out the details and fill out a short application.
Hear from last year's scholarship winners, Brittany Tyree and Brian Bayer.
The scholarship recipients will be announced at IABC Cleveland's annual awards and networking event, Reach for the Top. The event is being held Thursday, June 7th at the Velvet Dog in Cleveland, Ohio. Details about Reach for the Top can be found on the chapter's website at www.IABCCleveland.com .
